Sotavento apartments are located next to La Tejita, a big, natural, golden sand beach. The distribution of the apartments permits to have wonderful views to La Tejita with Montaña Roja. The distance from the ocean is around 50mt where a small virgin beach can be found together with a promenade, leading to La Tejita on 150mt distance. A precious complex of Sotavento counts with beautiful and very well maintained gardens and a big size swimming pool, with separated children area.It is completed with numerous showers and sun beds and it is completely fenced. The studio, I have a pleasure to offer consist of living, kitchen and separated sleeping area. It has 42m2 and a small private garden of 10m2, with garden furniture and a sea view to La Tejita and Montaña Roja. There is a completely equipped bathroom with a bath, shower enclosure, bidet, etc.. The kitchen is also completely equipped, including washing machine, microwave, iron + board, kettle, etc. The living has a sofa bed for eventual third person, TV, stereo, etc..The sleeping area has a double bed with big wall closet. If you travel with baby, we can provide a cot, car seat, buggy or high chair.
